This is my friend Lisa, and the pic was taken at her birthday party last night. I've altered the picture to eliminate the view of my rolls of fat below. Ugh. The party was alot of fun -- friends included Diana & Paulo (Paulo is from Bosnia), Karyn, Karla and Lisa and I. A late addition was Thomas (from East Germany). Honestly, one of the really neat things about Edmonton is running across so many cultures. So, I am grateful for my friend Lisa sending me this pic - motivation is what I will label it for now.
